People follow you for what you know, not just what you do.

THE EQUITY PLAY

You have capital, senior connections, or both.

Advisory equity, angel investing, or ownership stake in something adjacent.

People ask you to consult. You say yes for free. Stop that.

THE HYBRID STACK

Already running two streams. Need a third with less active time.

License existing work. Affiliate income. Productize a process you already built.
