This week I built you something I wish had existed when I was trying to make my first dollar online.
Not a guide. Not a framework. Not another checklist to save and never open.
A diagnosis. Six questions about your actual situation. The AI reads your answers and tells you exactly which direction to go and what to do first.
It is called the First Dollar Diagnostic and it is live today.
You answer six questions about your situation. The AI reads your answers and routes you into one of five paths: Service and Freelance, Digital Product, Newsletter and Content, Consulting and Coaching, or Indie Hacker and SaaS. Then it gives you one specific next action with a 72-hour deadline.
Four minutes. One path. One action. $7.

First Dollar Diagnostic
Answer 6 questions. Get your fastest path to your first dollar online. Powered by AI. One specific next step. 72-hour deadline.
Here is why the path matters more than the tactics.
Someone with eight years of experience in a specific field spends four months building digital products because every creator they follow says products are the path to freedom. They make nothing. They conclude online business does not work for them.
The consulting call they could have booked in week one using skills people were already paying for never happens.
Someone with strong writing and a clear point of view spends six months trying to grow on Instagram because they were told audience first. Three hundred followers. Two sales. They conclude social media does not convert.
The newsletter with a paid tier they could have launched to 200 subscribers and made $400 a month from sits unbuilt.
Same effort. Wrong direction for who they actually are.
The most common reply I get from people stuck at zero is some version of this: I put in the hours, I did everything right, nothing worked. Most of the time they are correct. They did do everything right. In the wrong direction for their specific situation.
More guides will not fix a direction problem. A diagnosis will.
How Jennifer Aniston’s LolaVie brand grew sales 40% with CTV ads
The DTC beauty category is crowded. To break through, Jennifer Aniston’s brand LolaVie, worked with Roku Ads Manager to easily set up, test, and optimize CTV ad creatives. The campaign helped drive a big lift in sales and customer growth, helping LolaVie break through in the crowded beauty category.
The diagnostic asks you six questions your research tab never will.
What are you genuinely skilled at, not what do you enjoy, what have you actually produced results in for other people. How many hours per week can you realistically protect, not aspirationally, realistically. What stopped you the last time you tried to build something online. Not the surface answer. The real one.
Your answers route you to the path with the shortest distance between where you are now and your first dollar. Not the most exciting path. Not the one with the best long-term upside. The one that makes sense for who you actually are right now.
Then it gives you one action with a deadline. Not a framework to study. Not a checklist to save for later. One move. 72 hours.
Today is my birthday. I built this because the pattern in the replies deserves a better answer than another guide. Run it today.
